Everything you need to know about ordering custom laptop wraps, phone covers and portrait prints from The Custom ZM in Lusaka.
How much does a custom laptop wrap cost in Lusaka?
Custom laptop wraps at The Custom ZM start from K100 for a top cover using one of our pre-made designs. If you want a fully custom wrap with your own photo or artwork, pricing starts from K150 for the top only, K280 for top and keyboard, and K400 for full all-around coverage. All prices are in Zambian Kwacha and cover precision cutting for your exact laptop model.
What phone models do you cover?
We produce custom phone covers for virtually every major phone model available in Zambia. This includes all iPhone models, Samsung Galaxy S, A, J, M and Note series, Tecno, Infinix, Huawei, Xiaomi, Redmi, Oppo, Vivo and Itel. If your model is not listed, WhatsApp us — if it is a smartphone, we almost certainly cover it.
How long does an order take?
Most custom phone covers and laptop wraps are ready within 2–5 business days from the time we receive your design or photo. Portrait prints typically take 3–7 business days depending on size. We will always confirm the exact turnaround when you place your order via WhatsApp.
Where are you located in Lusaka?
The Custom ZM is based at Chester House, 5th Floor, Room 59B, Cairo Road, Lusaka, Zambia. We are open Monday to Saturday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. You can also order fully via WhatsApp and collect from our studio or arrange delivery.
Can I bring my own image or design?
Absolutely — in fact most of our customers bring their own photos, artwork, logos or designs. Simply send us your image via WhatsApp in the highest resolution you have and we will print it exactly as you send it. We can also help you tweak colours or layout if needed before printing.
What sizes do portraits come in?
We offer portrait prints from 40×30cm all the way up to 100×100cm and beyond. Standard sizes include 40×30, 40×40, 50×35, 60×40, 50×50, 60×50, 70×50, 70×70, 80×60, 90×70, 100×70, 100×80, 120×80 and 100×100 centimetres. Prices start from K180. If you need a size not listed, WhatsApp us and we will quote you directly.
How do I place an order?
Ordering is simple — WhatsApp us on +260574638038 with your product type (laptop wrap, phone cover or portrait print), your phone or laptop model if applicable, and your image or design. We will confirm pricing and turnaround, and once approved we get straight to work. No complicated forms, no accounts needed.
Do you deliver across Zambia?
We are based in Lusaka and most of our customers collect from Chester House or are local to the city. For customers outside Lusaka, we can arrange delivery via courier — WhatsApp us to discuss options and costs for your location. We are working on expanding our delivery reach across Zambia.
